FHC China 2007, China's leading international food & hospitality trade event is gearing up for its biggest ever showing this year.
Currently, confirmed national / regional pavilions hail from Australia, Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japans, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan Region, UK, Uruguay and USA; and there are many more in the pipeline.
FHC China will showcase all types of fresh & preserved foods, beverages, wines & spirits, bakery ingredients & equipment, confectionery, food service equipment and hospitality interiors. Alongside FHC China are two exhibitions, Bar & Restaurant 2007 - for specialist buyers of restaurants, clubs, resorts and bars; and HOSTEC Marketplace Shanghai.
This year, there will be dedicated zones highlighting foodservice equipment, coffee and coffee equipment, halal food, olive & olive oil.
