Hong Kong's first winery will be set up in an industrial warehouse. And Hong Kong will probably become a wine producing region. The winery named 8th Estate locates at the sourthern industrial district and fishery dock. It's set up by an Italian wine-making expert, a Canadian and a Hong Kong person.
