Yunnan destroyed 12 thousand bottles of unqualified imported red wine

On January 24, (China)Yunnan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and Kunming  Customs destroyed 12 thousand bottles of unqualified imported red wine.


Yunnan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau attaches importance to the inspection of imported foods when the Spring Festival is upcoming. The destroyed imported wine were 64252 dollars. They were considered to be unqualified because of their unquallified packing (leaking, moldy corks) which didn't accord with the related standard of wine.


It's introduced that Yunnan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine had inspected 30 batches of imported foods and 3 batches of them were unqualified.
