Yesterday, Xiamen C&D Inc. released that they cooperated with America Constellation Inc. and was to be the general agency in China.

At present, C&D had entered Fujian, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Jiangxi and other important markets with satisfied results. After the cooperation with France Castel, it's the second time for C&D to cooperate with an international giant of foreign wine.

According to the both sides' agreement, C&D will first be the general agent of a variety of Constellation's ice wine. Then, it will act agents of other varieties of wine.

The vice-president of America Constellation said that their selling aim was to reach 100 thousand bottles this year and tried to dominate the leading place of Australian wine in China. He considered that the development of foreign wine would keep on increasing in China.

The related information showed that the production of Chinese wine was 665 thousand kiloliters, up 37% comparing with 485 thousand kiloliters of 2006. The imports of French wine seized the first place and Australia was second. And it's predicted that wine imports would keep on increasing in 2008.

It's also said that several varieties of top-grade wine from German and America would enter China market by cooperating with C&D.
