SIAL China, China's largest and leading international exhibition for the food and beverage trade, was created in 2000 by Exposium as spin off on the Asian continent for the SIAL brand.

In few years the show became the Asia's Food Marketplace, from May 14th to May 16th , all the import and distribution circuits in China and the rest of Asia will be located in the 4 halls of the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center.

For the 9th edition, SIAL China will welcomed 1 200 exhibitors and 25 000 visitors coming from more than 65 countries.

SIAL China is not only the first F & B show in Mainland China but also the 1st Wine & Spirit show with high added-value activities in this sector.Special wine booth, tasting area, China Wine and Spirit Competition and an International Wine and Spirit Importer Dinner are organized to promote the wine in China.

A constant association of wines and gourmet dishes will be featured during the 3 days of the show in the Cooking Trends Area by International Chefs member of Escoffier China .
