Bulgaria Cosmetics and Wine Popular in China

Bulgarian cosmetics and wine have great future on the immense Chinese market. They would be the best type of goods to promote with the higher chances for a break through.

This opinion was voiced at the International Plovdiv Fair by Ivan Lambov, Manager of an intermediary company in Beijing.

Our tourist services are another area that needs to be considered for presentation on the Chinese market, according to Lambov, so is the outsourcing of different Bulgarian productions in China.

Bulgaria and China are currently trading partners. Bulgaria's import from China has gone up 10 times in the last 7 years.

Bulgaria imports large quantities of paper, computer and camera equipment and furniture, all with zero customs fees.

However, Lambov warned Bulgarian businessmen about the common practice existing in China where middlemen and conmen present themselves to foreign businesses as direct manufacturers.

Just days ago a Sofia based company has been burned with huge losses because a Chinese phantom company has disappeared without delivering the promised merchandise after taking a large amount of money.
