Wuhai will build Inner mongolia's biggest grape-planting base in 2010.


Wuhai focused on planting grapes since 2002. Wuhai supported 10 million yuan (300 yuan by a unit of area) to grape growers in order to encourage people to plant more in sevent years.


So far, Wuhai's planting areas of grape was 22 thousand mu. In 2007, Wuhai produced 8 million kilogrammes of grapes. Its white grape without nuclear had ever been awarded for twice. In 2006, four varieties of grapes were prized and commended to be the safety premium grapes among Olympics.


Wuhai's planting areas of grape will be 35 thousand mu by 2010. Wuhai will be built to be Inner Mongolia's grape producing base which will be the combination of grape-planting regional concentration, process specialization, management integration and management structure with service socialization.
