Huailai Sino-France Chateau Winery Company transferred 76.4% shares. The base price was 46.2245 million yuan. People who were interested in it should pay more attention to the enregistration time, ranging from July 28 of 2008 to August  22 of 2008.


The company was set up in May 31, 2005. The registered capital was 44.04 million yuan. Hebei Guofu Agriculture Investment Group Co., Ltd, Huailai Grape Industry Co., Ltd and Beijing Diheng Reality Development Co., Ltd separately held 51.32%, 41.87% and 6.18% shares. Hebei company transferred all of its shares (51.32% shares). Huailai company transferred 18.27% of its all shares (41.87% shares). Now it still holds 23.6% shares. And Beijing company also transferred its all shares (6.81% shares). The total transferred shares of tree companies were 76.4%. They intended to transfer their shares to the same transferee.


The area of the company is 487.95 mu. and grape planting area accounts for 330 mu. and area of producing is 30 mu. They plan to produce 200 thousand bottles of wines every year. Their book total capital assets was 42.5872 million yuan and its net worth was 39.1089 million yuan.
