The prices of imported wines increased 60% in Guangdong

Last year, Chinese imports of wines were about 150 thousand tons. Guangdong imports of wines seized over 20% market shares. The statistics showed that Guangdong imported wines' prices also increased fast with 60%.

The customs' statistics showed that Guangdong's imports of wine kept on increasing from January to April. Guangdong's imports were 6.06 million liters, up 31% over that of last year. The value was 37.01 million dollars, up 109% over that of last year. The average import price was 6.1 dollars each liter, up 59.6%. It meant that import prices of wines increased dramatically.
