Wenzhou customs' statistics showed that wine imports increased distinctly in the first half of the year. There were all kinds of international consumable in Wenzhou market.

In the first half of the year, Wenzhou's imports of wines were 3.0161 million dollars by value and 881650 liters in volume, up 103.73% and 2.89% over that of last year.

The imported wines were mainly from France, Italy, Spain and other countries. In addition, the prices of Wenzhou's imported wines also increased. The average price of imported wines in the first half of the year was 3.42 dollars/liter, up 97.69% over that of last year. In recent months, the top grade imported wines increased distictly. There were over 3000 liters of wines whose unit price was more than 40 dollars/bottle.

It's said that more and more consumers were interested in wines in Wenzhou. Wenzhou is the large potential wine market which attracts many overseas Chinese.
