Since 1998, Sopexa invites experienced Asian wine lectors to hold the wine lecture every year in order to promote wine culture and improve wine professionals' knowledge. In 2008, Sopexa will hold professional wine lecture in Beijing, Changsha, Guangzhou and Dongguan. It offers a good opportunity for wine lovers and wine professionals to learn.

There are basic and professional lectures. There are 4-6 classes (3 hours for each class). There are tens of French wines for tasting class. Comparing to last few years' training, this training pays more attention to the pairing of wine and food.

Students can get the training certification if they past the test. The lector is the experienced wine expert Zhong Zhengdao. He is the professional manager of catering trade. He has a deep research on tasting wines. He has been the wine lector of this training since 1995.
