The company has also announced that long time director and former president, Robert Klein, has resigned as a director of the company to pursue other business interests.

Marc Scheive, president of Legacy, said: "The company is on the verge of launching its franchised wine and spirits retail business into China at a time when the consumer demand for western lifestyle is at an all-time high. I am excited by the opportunity to lead such a dedicated management group into this exploding new market."
