The Hilton Beijing Wangfujing, which opened just before the start of the Olympics, features one of the largest wine cellars in Beijing. Aptly named The Vintage Bank, the selection of over 10,000 bottles and more than 500 different labels, have been carefully selected by Master of Wine Dr. Ron Georgiou MW, one of only 262 Masters of Wine in the world, and resident Wine Sommelier Peter Teng.

All wines were selected to be pairable with the hotel's signature restaurants, Chynna, Vasco's, Flames and The Library's a la carte, dessert and tasting menus.

[Anna Marie]  • I had a food pairing at the Vintage Bank with the resident wine sommelier Peter Teng, he is extremely knowledgeable and introduced me to new wines from California, Argentina, Chile and South Africa, I loved my journey around the world and I really enjoyed the ambiance of the vintage bank, a must see for any wine lover or novice alike 2008-09-22
