英国知名葡萄酒连锁店Oddbins已经转手卖给葡萄酒零售商Ex Cellar。

　　之前，Oddbins葡萄酒商店属法国卡斯特集团（Castel）所有，因经营不善由Ex Cellar收购。

　　Ex Cellar由Simon Baile和Henry Young于1999年共同创立。收购Oddbins葡萄酒商店后，Simon Baile将任常务董事，Young担任主席，原Oddbins其它管理人员保持不变。

　　有消息来源称，上述交易价格不低于5700万英镑(即当初卡斯特集团收购Oddbins的价格）。

　　据报，Oddbins去年亏损860万英镑。
