Central Valley winery taps into China for sales

Bronco Wine Company of Modesto is expanding marketing of its Hacienda Cellars wine brand into the Chinese market through an exporting deal recently signed with Legacy Wine and Spirits International Ltd. (OTCBB: LWSP) of Tianjin, China, Legacy says.

Legacy says it is importing 750 ml bottled wines in several varietals of Bronco Winery's Hacienda Cellars label.http://www.wines-info.com/

The wine varietals are aimed at the mid-price point and will be distributed and retailed in China via wholesale retailers and Legacy's outlet showroom in Tianjin, a city of over 10 million people just outside of Beijing. http://www.wines-info.com/

Legacy says it will initially focus its marketing efforts on varietals such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.http://www.wines-info.com/

It says the Chinese consumer will need to be shown the specific merits of white wine as well as its fit in complementing Chinese cuisine.
