Goldman Sachs Buys 25% Stake In Anhui Kouzi Wine For CNY355 Million

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) recently bought a 25% stake in Anhui Kouzi Wine Inc. for CNY355 million ($52 million), an executive at the wine maker told Dow Jones Newswires on Thursday.


"The investment was formally completed in September," said the executive, surnamed Dai, from Kouzi Wine's accounting department. He didn't give further details.


Kouzi Wine, a privately owned company based in eastern China's Anhui province, mainly produces distilled spirits.
