Chinese Wine Dinner at The Conrad Bangkok Friday 18 September 2009

The Conrad Bangkok and Italthai Co., Ltd. present the special Chinese wine dinner by guest chef Tony Liang from China. Authentic Chinese food from 8 regions will be presented together with delicate wines from Australia on Friday 18 September 2009.

Highlights of the 7 course meal will include marinated pork feet jelly with alga, marinated duck with spiced salt, and Imperial stewed pork spare rib. Each dish will be served with Cranswick wine from Australia.
