At present, wine is developing very fast in China. Some people described wine as the sunrise industry in China. That is reasonable. The reason for why the people chose wine firstly is that wine is the most taste and healthiest to people.

Although the developing situation of China’s wine industry performed well, there was still a big gap between it and the wine developed countries. It represents in two aspects: Firstly, the wine quality needs to be advanced. Secondly, the price of the domestic wine is too high. The urgent thing for developing the wine industry is breaking through the bottleneck of the low quality and high price. As for it, we can the use the China’s beer industry for references.

1. High quality, steady output, longevity, beautiful package pattern should use to be the leading idea for the China’s grape and wine industry.

Wang Gongtang said, grape planting must consider how to protect the environment. Only the human and nature live in harmony, the grape planting could be developed well. Wine farmer should consider producing high quality grape in order to supply the high quality material to the winery. The winery should consider the grape purchased price in order to protect the wine farmer’s production initiative. Wine farmer and winery are the most important factors for the wine industry. None but the two sites formed a good cooperated relationship; China’s wine industry can develop healthily.

2. Build the winery in the vineyard

There were many wineries built in China in recent years. The wine estates were chosen to build in the beautiful scenery area. They developed to be the tourism hotspots. These wine estates were not only easy for wine production and transportation, but also could process the grape in time. Especially, these wine estates all had good social effect, which could use to be the sample of popularizing the grape and wine.
