At present, its total production is as small as 1,000 ton in the world and only such countries as Canada, Germany and Austria can produce this kind of ice wine. In China, it is still at the first stage. For the reason that grape should be frozen in the vinery for three or four months after it is ripe, it needs high and advanced technology and production crafts in the brewing. With high risks, you may gain nothing for the natural reasons.

After survey, experts find that peasants can harvest fresh grape in summer and produce ice wine in winter in the same vinery. By this way, it has decreased the production risks of ice wine to zero. After analysis of domestic famous wine experts, they find that Futai ice wine feels better than other four kinds of foreign ice wine in the whole view. According to experts’ nutrition analysis, Futai ice wine owns as 367% amino acid as the average amount of the international ice wine. [ÍøÓÑÆÀÂÛ]  • with so many advantages, i think it is perfect. you many think it is a cheap imitation, but i think it is also a good creation in this field. after all, china is at the first development stage in the ice wine field. 2006-11-23
[Wilf Krutzmann]  • Both above comments are correct. "Futai ice wine has good future" That's exactly it. Play up the health aspect and you will have a ready market. How much would you have to drink? You couldn't drink enough to make a difference. Second comment "Anything else will be just a cheap imitation" Exactly right again, but then if there is a potential profit you make it anyway that cuts costs, regardless of how fake it is. 2006-11-23
[ÍøÓÑÆÀÂÛ]  • Your Commment I don't think so, I think this new variety of Futai ice wine has good future in the market. 2006-11-22
[S. Mcdonald]  • To have real ice wine you must let the grape freeze on the vine. Anything else will be just a cheap imitation. 2006-11-22
